Winchester, VA – The BBC reports that a California jury awarded a $417 million settlement against Johnson & Johnson to be paid to Eva Echeverria, whose terminal ovarian cancer has been linked to her decades-long use of Johnson & Johnson baby powder for feminine hygeine. Johnson & Johnson currently has thousands of claims filed against them and of the five lawsuits against them that were tried in Missouri, they have lost four.
