    How do I purchase a gift Yearly Founders Pass mebership for my father who lives out of town. When I click on the gift membership tab it doesn’t seem different than the regular signup. How does the gifting, notification, & email information of the recipient take place?

    I’m a Founding Brother as of 2016-02-14 @ 19:56:55 and my subscription still shows active on the MikeChurch.com site. However, the VeritasRadioNetwork.com site starting showing my subscription as expired several weeks ago. Please send me an email when this is corrected. Thank you.

    Mike, I signed up as a Founding Brother back in October, but my membership level is listed as “cancel.” Is this impacting my ability to see all of the available download content?

    I’d like to respond to Mike’s request to update my membership fee to the current amount, but when I select “Update” under Account Details, I don’t see an option to change the membership level. I only see name, password, and email address. I don’t want to change any of those things – just the membership level. Also, where do I check to confirm my billing information is current? All I see on this page is billing and shipping address. Thanks for your help!

      Dear Lori,
      Sorry for the late response. To update or upgrade your membership you must be logged in first. Once logged in, click the tab on the right top that says “join” then sub category “join founders pass”. You will then click the purple button of the level you would like. If you want to remain as a yearly member, click the purple box for yearly $76.76 and it will prorate you! It appears you renewed on February so it will prorate you for those months. If you have still have issues, please feel free email me directly @ candace@mikechurch.com with your phone number and I will be more than happy to help you complete the upgrade.

    i am a founding brother member and my membership was automatically renewed on 4/21 to Blackhat Studios. I can log in but it says my membership is cancelled. on my iphone is wont allow me to access all content.

    Started listening to Veritas last year at the very start of the network. Prior to that followed Mike on SiriusXM.
    As of late, because of changes with my work schedule I have not been able to listen to live programming. I particularly enjoy the segments with Christopher Ferrara and Andrew Bieszad. May our Lord continue to bless the Veritas Radio Network!

    I am having trouble with my membership. I cannot listen to the livestream as it says I’m unauthorized. So then I thought to myself, well self, maybe you don’t have a founders pass. So the system won’t let me pay for a founders pass. Please help, I really enjoy the show and would like to be able to be more involved.

    Good morning, Happy 100th Anniversary of Our Lady of Fatima I recently had to get a new credit card due to false out-of-state charges, but there is no option to update my card information under VRN > My Account; all I see at the bottom are these comments, on my iPhone and on my Windows 7 machine. I want to update my card info and get a membership for my husband. Please advise when you get a chance. Thank you, and may God bless you!

    Hello, I select on a show link to download it, but I get the Denis Nedry error of not being logged in, but I am logged in. Also, I checked my account to see if something was wrong and it incorrectly shows my name as Bruce M. with an incorrect email address and showing as a monthly subscriber (I do the yearly option). Your help is appreciated.

      William, YOU cannot redeem the coupon. You must follow the instructions on your account, click the blue button that says “Instructions” and follow them, basically:
      1. Login
      2. Go your account “My account” under membership menu item.
      3. Scroll dow to see “Gifts Purchased”, click the “Redeem gift” button.
      4. Copy THAT link.
      5. email THAT CODE it to your friend with a note telling them you bought this (you can use Mike Church’s note)
      6. THEY must then click the link and enter their preferred username, password, email etc, then click “Redeem”.
      It’s that simple. If you are logged in and try and redeem the gift it will apply to YOUR account and change YOUR membership to 30 Day Gift.

    Need trading post password reset? trying to buy items but wont let me check out because it says password not correct. password reset email never came. tried to fill out support ticket and description box will not appear so I can not submit. very frustrating trying to buy items and help out but so many hoops to jump through .       I know it seems that way but the Mike Church Tradin’ Post is on a separate url and totally separate environment, so there is no relation between this site and that one other than promotion and discount codes. This is true across the internet because sites cannot share databases; thus you HBO login doesn’t work to access HBO content at directv.com.

    I can’t get the support ticket to open up to submit or check on a ticket I submitted previously. I am currently listed as a 3 month gift membership due to an error is giving a gift membership away. I am a founding brother level member. Can someone help correct this.

    Can not update the State or the expiration date on the CC? Do I just need to call? I don’t want to let things expire. I enjoy your program to much even though I don’t get to listen as often as I would like.
